I think that you may be sailing a bit off course.

From the bits that I have gleaned from other posters and through following google links, it appears that there is a dominant shareholder and that, inevitably, is likely to lead to stresses for a CEO. Less so for the technical staff. The timing appeared to have more to do with the timing of the AGM rather than anything operational - but that's just a "coincidence" that I noted.

According to "linked-in", Tim:

"is currently the Projects Director at Avenger Projects Ltd (a privately owned exploration & development company), and a partner with the Exploration & Mining Advisory Group (EMAG).

Tim has sufficient experience, relevant to various types of deposit and styles of mineralisation (including gold, copper, nickel, lead, zinc, iron ore, ironsands, vanadium and uranium), to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2012 Edition of the “Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resource and Ore Reserves”.

So, Tim is a geologist with quite wide experience. He has seen SBR through to the point where a Guchab JORC is in sight and, perhaps, he just wants to further his work in WA, which is where Avenger Projects operates according to his Linked-in summary. He's also a partner in EMIS (Exploration and Mining Information Systems), which provides technical services - he was a co-founder.

He seems to like the science but, possibly, does not care for the company administration and politics. Looking at his Linked-in profile, that's the impression that I get. He seems to have plenty of other things to keep him busy.
