Some information that was passed onto me was that a major international fund wanted a significant investment in the company after doing due diligence and to have one of their reps on the board. They wanted a major shareholder to sell off some their holdings in the company to the fund. However this shareholder refused as they did not want to reduce their holding. This fund could have made a significant difference in capital raising to drive the exploration programme and to lift the profile of the company.
