I had Tim contact me via email and props for him to do so.

I won't disclose the exchange but suffice to say he challenged some of my assumptions. I do speak my mind and am blunt and yes black and white on things which are not always so black and white perhaps. Sorry but that is just me.

He at least understood why I might not understand why sp performing so poorly in view of reasonable continued results and what appears reasonable technical team. Yes my research been more technical nature than inner workings of SBR so maybe I don't have the full picture.

I did genuinely wish Tim all the best in his next role. I have said enough on this subject so have nothing wish to discuss further on this subject. Time to let sleeping dogs lie.
