So Whats his incentive ?? as you say there's nothing we can do and he gets overpaid either way, so why bother, no skin off his nose. If the $75k is nothing then give it to me - I contribute the just same as him - nothing. No I take that back I actually contribute more -I don't lose the Co. Money!!!
