The AGM selling seemed to contribute to the low share price and it has never recovered.I dont think the announcement the other day with NAB referals was positive enough to move the SP and there are also a lot of other quality cheap stocks around at the moment.I do not think that people are investing in the share market like they were due to the margin lending problems .ICP is a virtically intergrared ATM manufacturer and I have no doubt China is and will be the most important target in the short term.The last update also said that they are currently profitable at an operational level with little debt.Hope this helps Kens
