The company recently finalised and lodged its Social Impact Assessment (also attached) after consulting leading global experts and with much ongoing contribution and collaboration with the Greenland and Danish authorities. With that in mind I believe the submitted comprehensive study has already in effect been agreed upon and should soon be rubber stamped.

The same applies to the all important Environmental Impact Assessment which will be submitted in the upcoming days.

Achieving these major milestones will then pave the way for a highly supportive government to propose a timeline for the issue of a Mining Licence, at this stage estimated to be circa March 2019.

GGG continues to work closely with major shareholder and strategic partner Shenghe Resources Holding Co Ltd, a circa $3.7b Shanghai listed world leader in Rare Earth production and commercialisation which has access to substantial funding though the Chinese financial system. After substantial technical co-operation from Shenghe and other leading Chinese institutes , GGG has recently announced substantial enhancements to process and recoveries which are in the process of being piloted.

The nature of the Kvanefjeld ore type is such that the process route, unlike other players in the Rare Earth space, is comparably very straightforward and cost efficient, and along with direct shipping access all year round and revenue from bi-products uranium, zinc and flourospar, will allow this enormous resource to be at the very bottom of the cost curve.

Given their use as high powered magnets, Rare Earths are essential components in energy efficient vehicles and wind turbines, and as such global demand and prices are set to substantially increase in upcoming years. This has been agreed by many global analysts.
