I have been reading this thread with interest. I have followed GGG [in a general way] for several years because of the deposit. What is not clear to me is... what is in it for retail SH's? The thing I have trouble with is... I can't see who actually has real control of the company.

The story seems to be that GGG has this great resource with low cost production but they are completely reliant upon their major backer. In that situation I have problems feeling confident that, as a retail investor, I will see a fair return come my way.
