This is just something that I was musing about after reading that article that F-W kindly provided the link to?

MOD always stated that he wanted metalstorm to remain an Australian Company (that is well known)and I believe in some way that is why DS was given the boot? but what if there has been some sort of agreement done, where it can remain an Australian company? a way where all parties were satisfied? something where some sort of agreement that all parties are aware of bar we shareholders? it's worth remembering that AFHL said they wanted to maintain a hands off approach, that is strange in my opinion seeing as how they would own the lions share?

After reading that government news article, I just wonder whether some sort of deal has been worked whereby the US get the controlling interest in our company, but it remains here? and with Mikes blessing? hence the offloading of half his shares as part of that agreement? I'm not saying this is gospel, but it is worth considering?

I guess that is one way the US would agree to this? as they know they could pull the pin on the company anytime they liked and take full control if they so wished?
If this is at all possible? then like I have said before, I severely doubt that the US government would like to be seen holding a large slice of a foreign defense company, hence the AFHL deception?

As someone has already said it's very hard to understand what is happening with all of this, because we haven't been told the whole truth, but this may just be one way where the major players i.e. MOD, Harmony, US govt, Oz govt, were in agreeance to a given outcome?
