For me ... I found the best way to get past bad relationships ( had a few) was to look at myself. Why did I pick that man (woman) ..... really why ?.... you have brutally honest with yourself.... no need to share with anyone. Why do we stay with someone who is abusive yet charming... when our gut says otherwise?
Your subconscious knows but it takes time and self reflecting but when the light bulb goes on and you realize it is about you not about changing them or over pleasing just to keep the peace ...... all your power comes back ....
why because it is about us and it is your power.. none can take that unless we let it, even then we can produce more and more.
As long as we think it is all the other persons fault (other than them physically hurting you ) we have given them our power.
