Many are expecting a quick recovery after the Virus lifts and people are returning to work. Which as you all know I doubt. Here is another reason that the after shocks of the virus may be long lasting. And with NdPr dependent on autos and appliances it could be very long for these sectors since a robust economy is needed for these sectors to improve. The numbers are shocking.
