This is something to think about.
What if and this is pure speculation Twiggy got involved with the green energy side of EXR. How would that look.
One option would be for him to become cornerstone investor in the company at say just over 10% which could be 109 million (total shares for EXR then 1 billion) shares at 20c maybe giving EXR another 22million in the kitty and Twiggy a seat on the board.
If he gets involved in any way this has a VUL type of run written all over it and could be $1.50 to $2 a share in 12ish months time or possibly sooner. With both Green energy and gas success running together this is not out of the realms of possibility
Again this is pure speculation but possible and IMO not unrealistic
