great post and thanks for the reply. For me in this market, it is ALL about opportunity cost...pure and simple.

Hoping EFG comes good is at this moment just that...hope.

She spiked for you this week, sure it might run a bit higher.....but I still just dont see the value in holding for the future.

Regarding your points for a higher price:
Takeover- too much stock owned by Reid family and friends.

Sacking board- same point as above. Infact look at the new appointment...another BNB boy. Just look at his associations. Jack Green Limited (largest holder was BNB)...this company was built by BNB, the rot is still associated.

Change in substantial shareholders....believe me, most would want out, but there is NO-ONE looking to take their place...so it is a case of holding and hoping.

Regarding HFA...one point I can confirm, LHP business has been going very well.

I think we have not seen the end of the HFA rise.
