apparently asic is "looking" into it.... we'll have to wait n see.
not holding my breathe re: asic though, not much seems to come of any of there investigations
"It is understood that ASIC has been monitoring Sonray and on three dates asked for extra information on why it could not reconcile its cash. There is also talk that ASIC is investigating it over whether it sold shares to retail investors without releasing a product disclosure statement in the float of a small company, Redfork Energy. Sonray did not return calls." smh.
