Unless someone can show that there IS something there then it is only worth cents, not dollars per acre.Unless they can hold the lease it is worth "zilch". Nearology is a temporary valuation placed on something for speculators to play with, boards to milk and gamblers to win or lose. Fundamentally EDE should still be based on projects that we have been told are "progressing". Hythane got me into EDE, Nanotubes kept me there when I was about to quit. My view this week is that this is a smooth piece of bitumen along what has been a bumpy gravel road. I want to see what the road is like over the hill, a new highway or a bush track leading to nowhere.
