KAZ wins $15m 5-year outsourcing contract with ING

Aspect Computing Pty Ltd has won an outsourcing contract with ING
Australia.
The contract, which runs for five years with a two-year option,
will deliver revenue of between $15 million and $22 million, depending
on some optional services and extension of term.
Aspect will deliver managed IT services to ING's 2500-seat
desktop/LAN environment.
It will also develop and maintain ING's workstation and server
standard operating environments and provide service level-based incident
and problem management resolution services throughout Australia.
A key objective of ING's contract with Aspect is to improve the
quality of service delivery in regard to its desktop/LAN environment
while allowing ING to focus on its core business.
Aspect was one of eight organisations selected to tender for
this contract.
KAZ yesterday rose 1c to 25.5c.
