It's kind of a heads and shoulders pattern which has gone from 33 to 51 (difference 18).
Breaking out above the pennant would give a target of 51 plus 18 = 69.
Breaking below the pennant would give a target of 33 less 18 = 15 (ie. back to where it came from).
Can't see it doing this. It would find very, very strong support at 26.
The most likely scenario is a break upwards.
