This looks a heck of a lot like ALK at 20c to me.
I think both companies simply needed an improvement in sentiment towards the general commodities space, given the capex involved. Coupled with recent news regarding offtake and permits, can easily see this repeating ALK's performance over the next month or two.
Not a chartist but that doesn't look too bad to me either.
