    Yep. Same ol', same ol'.
    Until finance, or a binding offtake on Ti (not just some agreement to sell), any price appreciation has to be assumed to be a P&D. If anyone buys on an uptick, without some significant fundamental news, accept you'll see a drop in price.
    How many months have we been saying this? At least 12...
