It's basically just a loose register, with T20 only holding 36% of stock on issue. So even if 100% of the T20 were sticky, there'd still be 475M fpo free-float to work through. It will take a while for that free float to find its way into sticky hands but once it does, the sp will be much freer to push on and we won't see these 1M share dumps like today. Bell look like they still have a bit of stock they want to move and conversely, Morgans have been doing some buying. Pretty much a patience game now.
