I don't think people fully appreciate yet the inflationary effect the creating of trillions of $$ will have on the economy.
These $$ will have to find there place in a low interest rate environment and stocks like banks that pay a 5% plus divi are going to be appreciated more very soon IMHO.
GETTING IN UNDER $17, I feel is a bargain for 3 of the big 4 banks.
