    "Bonus - Your Directors have considered it prudent to give a bonus of $100K on top of the already extreme salary to the Commandant for not achieving any targets, dilution and decimating the share price over the past year.

    This decision will be revisited as each stage of production is not acheived and the sp is further depressed."
