    Philex holds the most political punch amongst the miners at Federal level from what I understand.

    In addition to Zamboanga interests it has coal interests down the road from Tampakan in south cotowhatsit.

    If they join the equation against the local government edicts it could only be positive for SMI and hence Indophil.
