something very wrong about this

I have NEVER seen or heard of a stock that has options trading at or below intrinsic value only this early. I know it is a penny dreadful emerging but why on earth wouldn't you sell your heads at 7.6/7.7 and buy 5c options at 2.6/2.7 on a 1 for 1 basis and leave the 5c sitting in the bank for 2 years in a TD earning 7% ??????

The only reason I can think of is tax.
