I had another look at VML today via the breakaway report. It was an interesting read, however page 5 map caught my attention.

I see VML prospect EPM 18171 appears to butt MT Carbine lands. I don't have a copy of the CNQ tenements, so if anyone does it would be nice to see how close they are.
I consider this important for a few reasons.

The first is that this area is 70% VML and 30% JOGMEC. That puts the Japanese group that much closer to CNQ.
VML have already stated they want JOGMEC to find a matching buyer for their tungsten.

The second is that it is my guess that Mitsubishi would be right up there on the list. From my understanding of the Japanese market also, JOGMEC will prefer a Japanese suitor, and they already have a close relationship in Japan with Mitsubishi materials in the metals powder coating sector as well as other joint ventures. As I said before I think Mitsubishi want a largish supply and both VML and CNQ together would achieve this. The question remains whether CNQ or VML become a merged entity, whether, VML will take over CNQ or vice versa or a takeover target from left field. (in time of course)

I am only speculating, and welcome any input. Any if anyone has better clarification of the land holdings, I would welcome comment.

In the meantime, I do urge people to look at page 5 and consider the land that VML has. Quite interesting if you are into nearology.
