wasn't saying SBM management "are among the inferior category", just making an observation that they did miss guidance last year (fact) and in many investors minds seemed to have overpaid for Atlantic...
this is probably why the share price is now lower than its capital raise for Atlantic.
until an announcement is made there are increased risks and unknowns.
