i have been following the markets for 15+ years. have seen a lot, nearly wiped out in the GFC but recovered largely thanks to lady luck.
what i can say is that from what i have seen, $5 to $6 million market caps for publically listed company's normally are explorers with no proven assets at all, certainly not company's professing to be imminently producing from 3 mines.
stocks in the 1c to 2c range, explorers etc, imho are "throw at the stump" punts, little better than a flutter on the pokies or a bet on the races. most people i know consider them just a joke really. very few are priced so cheaply without a good reason, the market is not stupid.
good luck to all the loyal holders of mne.
