    "On 26 April 2013 General Nice Recursos Comercial Offshore De Macau Limitida (“GNR”) has provided a loan of USD 24million to Pluton,(with funds deposited on 1 May 2013), Pluton shall repay this loan in equal instalments of $2.4million in the form of delivery of iron ore as per an agreed shipping
    schedule of ten shipments of 43,000 tonnes of iron ore."
