LOL ! 29c is a premium of 20% to the last traded price - - I would expect a substantial discount in this market not a premium - Yes 15% with out shareholder approval and also FIRB.
What say 20% of the comapny subject to shareholder vote and FIRB exemption ? Timeone got ASIC and FIRB approval to go to 30% but reneged due to lack of $$$$$ enter SS&T the rest is history.
$20m would be substantial dilution ? even 15c would be a good result in this market (IMO )
