    They will no doubt need another CR but they will need something to leverage off, some sort of positive news otherwise the terms will be very ordinary.

    I'm sure they will want something to happen before the AGM next year. Could be quite an awkward experience for them unless they scurry off and have it in Hong Kong again.

    Doubt they will be able to gloss over the Salary and BOD performance questions as easily this time around.
