Consensus is often a little bit conservative, else they would be wrong more often than they are right.
generally, the price target I am looking for with MVF, is closer to 1.00 if we are looking to get halfway to last years best price. Lets not forget this company has been working very hard to rejig itself, and the only real drama is the fact that they went to market to raise capital and diluted share holdings.
