Fair enough stockguru, you raise some good points.
I do believe though that the rise from $7-$10 was contrived to cover a short ie. alot more people sold than the couple that bought. I can't help but think this is behind the non-settling of trades??!
Question...If a stockbroker can sell part of ones portfolio to cover a debt, can they not also cross-trade the current AUM portfolio of the creditor to another buyer, or perhaps a group of investors/stockbrokers?
As time goes by, clearly things are becoming more opaque, but at the end of the day, if the resource is there, it still must have value.
