I hold PDN and SDL plus a couple of other with deals in "Africa"....why swap a great project in a country that is socially and economicly stable (Aust) for the instability of Africa....AS for the cash back to the shareholder if this "deal" went through,you would all be "dreamers" to believe that line......name a"specie" that has given cash back at this stage of there development,another DUMB statment by management to get short term shareholders to vote "yes"..just my opinion.....
