many developments are due to be ann'd. all of them possitive. meanwhile the SP just floats around 36-8.

it wouldnt take much for us to see a 10% day. there is too many interested parties waiting and watching before commiting big $ to centro. waiting till centro is a sure thing, as they (some of them) are handling other peoples money.

i asked once before for a schedule of expected anns. (no reply) does anyone know what anns may come first? or are they all expected on the 30th? and what would it take for centro to be seen as a 'good' risk by the larger market?
