You have multi billion dollar company's like Russia's Severstal and Korea's KEPCO sniffing around....
Also an oversubscribed capital raising @ $1.70 at March a lot of holders would be bleeding heavily on this one....
4.5M volume today vs an average 150K the last 5 days...once the big boy has got their fill watch it run....
