But why would anyone sell at cash value???? Given it's an all time low and they have lost a bucketload of cash?????
One scenario could be the shares being sold are the major shareholders and the buyer has the political pull to get the approvals and the agreement is they are sold a sig amount at 32.5
Interesting how it was all done after hours.
If the approvals are given and newco fformed this goes straight to the last issue price of $1.70 or more.
Will become alot clearer once we know buyer in couple of days
