no sour grapes goody2, just good'ol views that are different than the self financing (i.e. by Directors) that this company seems to specialize in.
I think you'll find a lot of people have been burnt by one of the Directors of this company and his financial outfit.
If the software ever kicks off maybe a bit of value can be secured, maybe to if the mining JV's work. But the main reason will be to suit the current large shareholders with inside knowledge.
