    Curious if this means the Gov grant they were waiting for from KIT had been approved? I recall hearing that this was the one thing MB were waiting for in order for MB to issue the Spoke PO.

    Next Hub PO. Thats a large CAPEX, even for MB - that will really turn the dial!
