    VEC acquire high grade gold tenements.
    Old directors given the shaft (as most shareholders demanded).
    Gold price at record highs and rising.
    VEC share price falling!

    One of those four statements doesn't quite fit the trend. I'll give you a clue, it ends with an exclamation mark!!! The share market really baffles me at times, this is one of those times.
