Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't the rights be higher or...

Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't the rights be higher or the shares lower, after all the rights only have to have another 3 cents paid on them to make them shares and currently the diff is 3.6 cents.
If you were buying now, wouldn't you buy the rights instead of the shares, as you don't have to put up all the funds now. (ie free leverage for a few weeks)
