Something's strange with this company.
it acts like a private company.
not a word on its major contract with Wolf and yet on the 28th of May wolf made a significant announcement on the progress of the contract.The protocol for asx disclosure is for GNG to make a similar disclosure and it has not .
Don't the ASX disclosure rules apply to GNG ? Does GNG agree with the WLF announcement ?
The other concern is that since the Wolf contract was announced the WLF share price has fallen from 50c to 28c ,that's an astronomical loss of 78% of it current market value. And yet not a word from GNG. If there is trouble at WLF which is reasonable to assume given the dramatic price fall then it stands there is trouble at GNG. Put simply questions such as ,can WLF afford GNG ,is there a cost blow out ,is it okay need to be explained. Is it okay for directors to trade without continuous disclosure ?Like I say ,something is strange and this company needs to disclose its progress at Wolf.
