I draw your attention to the AGM notice set down for the 30th Nov 2012.
4. RESOLUTION 4 - RE-ELECTION OF MR LAURENCE ZIATAS AS A DIRECTOR
To consider, and if thought fit, to pass, with or without amendment, the following resolution as an ordinary
resolution:
“That Mr Laurence Ziatas, who was appointed by the Directors since the Company’s last annual general
meeting as an addition to the Board and automatically retires in accordance with clause 10.8 of the
Company’s Constitution and, being eligible, offers himself for re-election, be re-elected as a Director.”
Been there less than a year.
One day he is up for re-election, then he resigns.
It may be sickness or personal reasons, but, it would be nice to know why.
