if it is NOT a share purchase plan, then then it does not matter how many HINS you have the stock in.
It is based on your HOLDING
EG. 1 for 5 offer at $4
Whether u hold 20,000 shares in one HIN or 20,000 shares sread across mutiple HINS, your entitlement is EXACTLY the same and is NOT capped.
However, with Share Purchase Plans...it IS capped and is based per HIN.
