As Tinhopper posted it is a positive announcement and as always with this company (speculative)I hope that it can bind this heads of agreement with a contract.
I dont believe the Chinese would let alone talk to Cedric if they did not believe that a viable agreement could not be reached and the project (vision) stacked up.
Apart from the statutory announcements due an announcement on "First Ore Shipped" would boost market sentiment.
In saying that I dont believe that the Chinese would be happy to pay $10 mil for a 10% interest in Kuja and Mangal on the basis of that NSL have not proved a jorc nor that mining is viable at these locations.
