You are not making and informed statement. The spread of H5N1 is not going to stop due to the warmer weather. As it does it is exposed to more and more humans and so the risk of linking up with a suitable viri to mutate increases.
Countries will not stop stockpiling just because it's getting warmer in the US. Still some money making cycles left in this turkey yet.
