Don't know but there's a lot of volume (for this share) and a big percentage increase in price.
I was just thinking this morning, to "paint the tape" and make the chart look like it was breaking up out of a downtrend, all it would take was a $1000 purchase at 0.6 cents at the close if nobody else touched it.
Guess someone with deeper pockets than me beat me to it.
