re: pcg has one of the best profit margins
Ultratraderman, my uneducated guess is the extra volume over the last 2 days has come from HunterHall selling down their remaining stake, which they have been doing progressively for about 9 months. I wouldn't read too much into it, however; HH also reduced their stake prior to the release of the half yearly in February, even though the half year result was excellent.
Hopefully PCG report their profit today (Friday) - they have had the tendency to report on Fridays in the past, and today is the last Friday of the reporting season, so i'd like to think they could report today.
It is also possible that they are deliberately delaying their report to coincide with some positive news that is supposed to be coming out of Asia very soon. On the 11/8 they said some positive announcements were forthcoming over the next month or so, and i wouldn't be at all surprised if they are withholding their yearly report to coincide with the confirmation of these contract wins in Asia.
Hopefully EPS is near or above 10c.
