It looks like a 'Step by Step' approch to me. Money from the Sale of THR Shares, $2.6 Mill. Then the $3 Mill.Plus (2,000,000 ATW Shares) First payment from the Deflector Deal. Shareholders Meeting and Vote. Then PERHAPS my anticipated 'merger of sorts' with FWL which needs Cash $15.5 Mill. for a B.F.S of what is a BIG Project for M.P.I.. (The FWL Prospectus is good reading and it is worth noting amongst many things that a number of their Directors are ex Mid West Corporation MIS people and don't mind been in the Field of Exploration etc.).
