    Just got back in and noticed 2.5 million vpe shares went through at close (4.05pm) @ .028.... Obviously someone wasn't shy about buying a few - and at the offered price to get them. Maybe, just maybe, the next announcement on West San Antonio will be a beauty! Something must be up. Anyone heard anything?
