Put it this way, RMS market cap has risen over 400 million since the March ETF rebalance. This would have forced the (Blackrock, Vanguard, Van Eck) ETF's to increase their weighted holdings in RMS going into the June Quarter rebalance.
Without those ETF's supporting the SP, I would expect RMS to show some comparative weakness.
I think this will be a short-term phenomenon as I'm still short term bullish on RMS as Penny will be a cash cow over the next few quarters.
This is all speculation of course, DYOR.
