Yes certainly would explain the lack of Buy Back activity ( one would expect PPS to be pumping big time at present sp $ ) over recent days!
Given NWL were willing to offer I think $1.50 script value per PPS share 2 years ago and fundamentals similar what would they have to lose by coming back in now for possibly less !
